Hello,
Has anyone encountered issues with their XM based DVRs (accessed by XMeye app) where all of the sudden the registered DVRs under the XMeye account is accessing other people's DVR eventhough the SN is correct and has not changed ever?
I tried to contact XM from my supplier and they told me my DVR is out of warranty.
Told them that the DVR is working fine (it still can record, etc) but they insists that this problem is no longer their concern because this is out of warranty.
Any thoughts? suggestions?
