hi all have an issue.. i have a cpd 503, after connecting the 4 cams i use the monitor and call input to view the cams now heres the problem when i view from "CALL" input picture is clear.. now when i view from "MONITOR" input picture is fuzzy or distorted see pics below I know its not a wiring issue or power It has to do with the reciever how can i resolve the issue?? or do i have to send it in for repair???

no go... i tried no split, still fuzzy updated firm no difference replayed video they are fuzzy i get wat the issue is??? does it look like a bad reciever???

i had this issue before on a night vision camera on a doom cover you might be getting a ghost... make sure your faom around the cam lens is fully out or against the glass, you might be getting a glare off the infare red i could be wrong

Thanks Scruit, i should've said call output and monitor ouput... i will try your suggestion on replaying the video, also the splits i have tried a firmware update and no change
