i need help as well
model number is NR-5004P-4
after i changed the admin password for my client, client forgot to change their password on the phone to view the nvr . so it got too many wrong attempts and locke the admin account.
I can still connect to nvr with Smart PSS on my pc , created a new user with admin rights but it cannot access to recorded video (playback) , there is no where or a button to unlock admin account.
please help.
