One of my Hikvision Turret camera is no longer appearing on my mobile app since the firmware update on my NVR. I've tested this on multiple phones and the iPad.
I can view this camera in the app when in playback mode and I can also view this camera in Live Mode when accessing the NVR through a browser on my laptop.
This camera appears to be identically configured as another Turret camera and this behaves correctly.
I would appreciate any suggestions anyone has on this.
