Have Error when trying to connect SimpleVueGEo to Geovision system 8.3.1 with 32 cam. have picture in att. Abybody know reason?? Rory?

I install couple gv800 ( 8.2, 8.3, 8.31, 8.34) cards on win7, with out any problems. but still think win xp is the best.

I try it on vista and xp sp3. The error start at the same moment when SimpleVue Geo connect to Geovision

YOU CAN USE IT REMOTELY, JUST TYPE IN INTERNET EXPLORER IP ADDRESS OF YOUR GV UNDER REMOTE PLAY BACK YOU SHOULD SEE EVENT LIST QUERY. AFTER THAT YOU NEED TO CHECK COUNTER AND SUBMIT QUERY. YOU WILL SEE BEST REGARDS

Re -instal gv-800 Main software. It is happening to me same.

Where you download 8.3.1?

As I know you need http port 80, 4550, 5550 and 6550 for audio.

I install 8.3 without problems. You need first to uninstall 8.2, then restart pc. After that go to the folder where 8.2 was install and delete it. Afther that run setup driver and uninstall old driver. when apear that old driver uninstall start with instal 8.3 driver and software.

Same problem too with all of my customers. sometime dipmap work some time do not work. But i use backup. i install hamachi (something lika fixed ip adress) so if dipmap do not work hamachi work.

Have some problems too. You need to install, on your PDA GView 8.0.1 and that will work

Are you install ddns from gv v8.2? if you are, try to install older version of ddns. without choice *specific ip adress*

In new version of gv 8.3 you have bbview for blackberry phones. only 8.3

You need gv control center software for renote desktop, remote dvr...

is this from gv v8.2?

Under the network menu, web cam server menu, you have Mobile tab and You need to enable it. Also, if you have router You need to forward ports (8866,5511) on youre local ip adress to use pda view. And you will have live pic. best regards.
