I have problem to conect gv 8.2 to center v2. at the moment conection is sucess, but after few minutes on the cv2 i dont have conection, but at the client side conection is ok but conection is on the stand by. I change version on my cv2, it was 8.12 now it is 8.2. Now I always have conection but I can`t see cams. I set everything on the client side to view live cam but nothing. Any sugestions?

When you re-install gv you need to restart pc , delete gv folder, and than to install gv main.

You can yse AV swich (you will see only one by one cam), bether solution is duo quad You can view up to 8 cam at the same time (4 by 4) and you have multiplax (up to 16 cam at the same time, you can view 1,4,6,8,12,16 pic at the same time)

When you connect to cv2 you need to check "Monitor all type events" I use gv 8.2 and cv2 8.2 and everything is ok.

I think that in this doc. you can see a difference of original and fake gv cards and I whant to help other people to buy original Geovision cards. If some one have experience with fake Gv cards, he can share with us. Thanks. Geovision Fake and Original-english.rar

you do not need dongle for use gv main software, but you need dongle for gv cms software.

yes, and you may need to forward 8866 port on the host pc for live view and 5511 for rpb.

I need to upgrade gv-650 16ch to more than 16ch. is it posible? Can I put in one PC 2 gv dvr cards? or I need one more pc?

Yes you can watch live video from web with all gv software version.

I meen remote desktop to conect directly with your laptop ( you need only network cable for connection between laptop and pc with gv)

Some one know how to alert me when some one log in in webcam? some popup or something. I know for litle camera icon in the taskbar, but is there some another way? Thanks Branko Rackovic

I think that you need to change power suply( if you use one suply for all cam`s)
