I don think thats possible in gv -
with gv 8.2, first, you need to restart youre pc reset pass.rar
-
You can try gv 7.0 I think thats gona work
-
Yes you need to forward 4550-command port and 5550 data port
-
Try with pda viewer v3, or microsoft smart phone viewer v3 you have it on gv cd i think 8.2
-
I have the same problem before 10 days , but I use 8.2 GV. If you use 8.2 gv you have to check monitor all type events when you connect to cv2
-
in advanced settings (network, conect to centar v2, advanced, camera tab) you have to uncheck "send to center v2 when motion is detected".
-
If HTC work on under windows mobile, you should install gv viewer v2 for pda ( you have it on gv cd). you should forward port 8866 for live viewing and 5511 for remote play back n youre gv main.

i am still curious about the person above who said multiview can support multiple connections. yes multiview can support multiple connections. first in edit host, host list, you have to add host of youre main gv and remote gv (ip adress, user name and password). when you finish with that , in main window you simpy drag and drop camera (with mouse) from the host list to main screen where you view live cam. I can not explain to you becouse my english is not so good, but you have jpg to view. -

You can install center v2, on the main monitor you can minimize youre main gv system and conect to center v2 with ip: 127.0.0.1. and you can view local dvr and remote dvr on the one screen. -
