First of all please forgive me, I am older and know nothing about this stuff.
A few years back I bought a NS 840 security system for my brother. He never installed it but did the set up the program. He put in a password for the Admin to view the cameras but for got it. How can I reset this password? Over ride it? Reinstall the program or can I erase/delete the program and buy another one to run.
If you recommend a new program but using all the same hardware, which one do you suggest.
