Hi Guys, First time using a forum... A friend of mind has recently taken over a restaurant and as i have basic knowledge about tech and cctv systems he asked me if i can help him sort out his CCTV system as the old owners left the place in a mess and just left without any passwords etc. So i have been taking a loot at his system and he has a QVIS Model: LXZEUSL-16CASE. I managed to get the system up and working but i can not get into the system settings to do a factory reset so we can change the settings on how the new owner wants it. The system has three accounts... Admin, Guest and Owner. I can log in to the Guest account as that has no passwords but it doesn't let me do much. I have been trying to get into the Admin account but it keeps saying Invalid password and it gives me a hint that the password is "NULL" so i have left it blank and it still does not work. I have looked at various threads online and including this one and it seems to do a hard reset i need a daily password. So i was wondering if anyone can help me with this. The current date on the system is 31-01-2018 and time at 15:35 (uk time) it was showing 18:48. I have also taken the cell inside out over night for around 14 hours and still nothing i have also taken the hard drive out and still nothing. Please help! Thank You
