    hi guys i will appreciate some advice on this one. three of my pelco cams are giving out the screen in the picture. they are all connected to different encoders and network. as the other cams on the encoder are working fine i think it has to do with the camera itself. will appreciate some advice on how to deal with this. thanks in advance

    I tried connecting it to the other encoders that work fine but still get the same red and blue output
