Hi I'm trying to set up the DDNS service (no-ip.com). All fields are filled with the correct information. But the no-ip.com service won't update by itself. Only when I restart or reboot the Hikvision IP camera. What could be the problem?

Configuration - Network - Basic settings - DDNS This works but only when I restart or reboot the camera. This is a stand-alone camera on a remote place (no router with dynamic ip configuration - so I have to do it on the camera itself).
