    Thanks for the info but I am still at a loss. The only place I see Coaxial control is in the PTZ menu, is this the correct place? Tried setting up through this but having no look, should I be able to access the camera menu without using the joystick button on the camera lead ? The camera also has an E-zoom function which I would like to be able to use from the viewing app but not sure how to access the menu via the app. Maybe I am setting it up incorrectly . Any advice greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I have just aquired 4 x Qvis P400-E38-V2G40 cameras but I am unsure how to set them up and what they are capable of. I thought that these cameras had a zoom lens which could be controlled via phone app but at the moment I am unable to make it work. Does anyone have knowledge of these cameras and also maybe a user manual? thanks Nigrob
