I am using VMS on my computers and xmeye on my mobile devices. Any suggestions on which programs to use? I have had this system for more than 2 yrs now, its definitely one of the more cheaper/not the highest quality, to say the least, but I am unsure the problem lies in the program I am using. I am going to plug the internet back into the DVR and when the message comes up again, I will take a picture of it and post it. Appreciate all the help!

No, if I unplug it from the internet, I don't get the message. Shouldn't I be able to turn off the update notification? Thank you for your replys

I purchased a kkmoon 4 ch dvr model #1104, a while ago. Recently, The dvr has been switching off the 4 camera view and shows a message to update and asks where the update file is. The power has to be unplugged to clear it and it continues to happen every 2-3 hours. How do i resolve this? Firmware v4.02.R11.06122131.10002.130700 I have attempted to update firmware, I found online, but updates failed because they did not match version. If there is firmware somewhere, how do I find it? Thank you
