I installed a DS-7608NI-E2/8P NVR 2 weeks ago. Customer calls and says it's no longer working. Come back to site and I can't get in to admin account. Startup wizard was on screen. I called Hikvision and they say its unauthorized and wont help. Can I get help here resetting password. I have downloaded SADP tool but have not had any luck using it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
