Rootcanal

Hi guys. First timer here. I got the 4-camera Floureon. I'm unable to set it to record. There are no instructions on how to set up the internet on it for backup. The password keeps saying "wrong" so I can't get to any menus anymore. The app simply doesn't work when scanned. Keeps saying Parameter Error on the phone. Please help. A customer support number would be immensely helpful or if anyone or several people can help, I'm ready. Thanks!

and I can't reset my password. It used to be null but I put one in. Now it won't accept it. AAArgh.
