Hi Guys, I need some asistance I have this old hikvision DVR (DS-7204HWI-SH) that I am trying to password reset, I mailed the support team and they sent me the security codes, but when I use the code I get a password recovery failed error message. I have run out of options, and the hikvision support are not working today. This recovery is alittle bit urgent, anyone who can assist I will greatly appreciate. NOTE: I have tried using the code generator tool and it gives me the same security code as the one shared by the hikvision support team. Thank you
