How do i keep the display all in one screen instead having the displays keep zoom from 16 cams view in one screen then 9 cams view in one screen and getting large view. How to make the display stagnant by having 16 cams view in one screen .

It’s connected to a Hd tv, tried to capture photo to show but it only allow picture with less than 1.2mb size. I use the mouse right click where It doesn’t has any reaction nor the menu nor setting appear.

Dahua no picture and changed to different type of display which I cannot reset to what I had previously
