Hello all, we recently installed 9 fixed axis cameras and one axis PTZ model number Q054-E and they are connected to avigilon view via a fiber connection. We are able to move the PTZ in the axis web interface however when we view the camera in avigilon view the control to move the camera is gone. We’ve tried reaching out to both axis and avigilon with no luck and was wondering if anyone had any tips, thanks.

We just checked the permissions and all the permissions are enabled and we are on a root or admin account on both avigilon and axis, we are able to move the camera on the axis interface with the mouse however nothing registers or works on avigilon view.
