Hi everyone,
I used to have a hikvision NVR with 2 swann bullets and 1 Hikvision dome.
All was great until the Hikvision dome night vision went out... so i decided to buy a Swann Dome instead this time.
I tweaked a lot of settings to make it work.. the only thing that I couldn't do now is to watch a live mainstream. (the substream works live). However, funny enough, if I go back to playback, it records it in the main stream mode. Most important is that when I try to view via hik-connect, i cannot see the live image as it defaults to mainstream.
I try logging into the NVR of the hikvision and i can't change the settings of the video output (see attached, keeps giving me a parameter error).
Any advice on what to do?
