Intellex LT additional space
valboosky replied to v1de0man's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Hold down the control key when it boots. It will prevent the software from launching on startup -
The constant reboots coudl be caused by a hard drive issue. Try formatting all drives except the C: drive. To go to windown, hold down the control key as it is loading windows, this will prevent the software from launching.

Help. I have accidently deleted intellex 2.6 storage drive
valboosky replied to jimmelvin's topic in Digital Video Recorders
The previous statement is incorect. Version 2.6 actually runs on Windows 2000. It is the only 2.x version to do so. It is the LT version of 3.2. If your drives are missing. Go out to windows and look at the contents of the drives other than C: There is a file called volumeinfo.xml open this with notepad. Change the line where it says 1 Change the 1 to a 0 and save the file. You should have your drive back in the software. you will need to add it in the Setup, storage section -
Integrating American Dynamics and Pelco
valboosky replied to Sejjiboy's topic in Video Transmission/Control Devices
Get a USB-422 converter. You can use the one from B&B Electronics (USOPTL4) or the Kantech device (USB-485) the DVR needs to be runnign 4.2 or above and you can use the customer handler from the AD website. Regards, -
American Dynamics Intellex dvms, viewing over network.
valboosky replied to Jibbeh's topic in General Analog CCTV Discussion
You have to use a software called Network Client for Remote Viewing. Every Intellex comes with 1 user license for this software. In order to view this from a web page. The Intellex needs to be running version 4.1 or higher. Regards, -
store closing, buying their running system
valboosky replied to raztraders's topic in Installation Help and Accessories
with just regular maintenance, change of hard drive, fans etc... the intellex will last for many more years. We have Intellex units with version 2.2 still out in the field and those are from the late 90's. Regards, -

AD Makes a Pelco P customer handler for the Intellex Ultra. The only thing is that you will need to run 4.2 or higher. I have attached the handler. Good luck Pelco_P.zip -
