Hello sir, The version installed on your intellex is very limited as far as options go. I suspect the software is currently not seing any of your storage drives. I suggest you update your unit to 2.5.9 get the file at the AD website. under support, software downloads, intellex DVMS, 2.5.9 upgrade upgrading to 2.5.9 will give you the storage screen under setup. then if you dont see any drives. I suggest you go out to windows format the drives (except the C: of course) and run a drive config. 2.5.9 is also a very reliable version. Regards, Val American Dynamics

The american dynamics EDVR does not have a remote. It is very easy to setup for viewing remotly. It has both a web server for viewing from your browser, or can be managed entirely from the EDVR client. All you do is set an IP address to the unit, it also has a port you can change, default is 80, for obvious reasons. I see you are going for the 9 channel, but warning, the 80 gig version you are looking at, will not get you much record time on 9 channel. Also, the motion detection record only works really well on this unit. Can't say anything about the other system I do not know it.

It certainly is not normal that the MPLT just reboots like that. Even if it does reboot, the battery inside the unit should be keeping your configuration. One thing I might suggest it to try a full reset just to make sure something in the memory is not causing the problems. Warning tho, you will lose all your Tours, Salvos, etc... the command on the controller is 55 F2, 99F2 There is not much you can do on the field to fix the MPLT, the unit is pretty much plug and play, no removeable parts like the other Mega Power units. So do check your power source, any power fluctuations?
