I have been upgrading my company's DS2A 16C 500GB units by replacing the factory 250gb HD's with 500 gb ones and all has gone well until.. I am on the 4th such device and this particular unit keeps giving an error stating: Warning: Unable to open eventlog file. A:\DVTR\ALARMLOG001\26022008\ There may be a disk problem. I have tried multiple hard drives and have even put the original drives back in with the same error. I have installed new 3.1 (169) software and all seems well until the unit recreates the image storage I am puzzled by the reference to an A: drive that doesn't exist. Anyone had any experience with similar errors? Thanks in advance
