Hello everyone!
My name is Aaron and I work for a large department store in the OKC area and we use a VM96 Sensormatic system. I've worked here for about a year and I have learned everything that I know about the system from just tinkering around with it and reading a few manuals.
I was hoping you guys and gals could show me a warm welcome and help me with a small problem that I am having. All of the domes on my system are speed dome LT's. I have recently installed some Speed dome Ultra 7s and when I try to program a quickview the vm96 tells me that there is a programming error. Is there any way to program quickviews on these newer domes? Is the vm96 not compatible with these newer domes? If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
