Please discuss this type camera. I want PTZ that possibly tracks people, as a troublesome neighbor needs to be "watched". An SD card capability seems good, and a POE connection is best for my needs. 30fps needed? New to the scene ... The Dahuas are expensive ... So perhaps backing down to 4mp? I read 5mp changes ratio of sensor size. May not be a good idea for view range? Also be good to have it vandal tough ... I've been shot at twice (probably an airgun type)
