    I have a Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW4831EP-ASE , i want to setup a face detection snapshot and send it through ftp. but it is not sending anything, meanwhile the motion detection snapshot is sending properly. Can anyone give me insights on what is the problem? thanks in advance! Here are my Settings:
