Hallo Guys. My problem is that ive just finished adding a new recorder on to Existing onguard. I can stream live footage but when it comes to recorded footage I keep on getting a message in alarm monitoring that," time requested is not available on the recorder and could not be located on the video archive server." Some help here what could be the problem
