Hi I have recently moved into new home. The security cameras are qvis and I cant log into the system to be able to playback video or connect via internet etc. Is anybody able to tell me how to reset the passwords etc? The box says SECYOUR on it, but the labels say model is qvis SEC-4BB Thank you in advance

really sorry but this did not work either. I could not respond yesterday as I was on shift for 24 hrs

I have used Admin / Ad^min / 123456 and the one provided in this thread. The login did reset after switch off, but still wont take any of the passwords. Is it easier to purchase a new DRV/hard drive to simply swop the box and plug existing cameras into? if so what is the best option to buy with 3 cameras for domestic use?
