I hope my search is over.
I am having a problem with Avigilon (ACC 7 (7.6.2.4 (build 107076)).
I can watch live video from parking deck HDVA, but when I click "Recorded" all cameras show "Not Acquirable" on a blue screen.
Also on the live video the "Trigger Digital Output" item is not displayed on cameras from this server.
When using the Avigilon Control Center (ACC Mobile), the recorded video is accessible.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as installer has been trying to resolve for a month.
