Hi I have 4 x Hikvision DS2CE56H1TAVPIT3Z2 cameras installed around my house, but i'm getting a blurry image on camera 2 (pic below), how can I resolve this? or is this what can happen with dome cameras outside.

Also I have another camera which points down the site of my house (pic below), at night I can't see anything due to the IR reflecting on the walls, is there any way to fix this?
