Hi All, we have an onyx falcon which was a replacement screen for a faulty one we had. We’ve never installed/configured it and the password recommended to use on the instructions isn’t working. Is there an engineers over-ride we can use on the admin username ?

Do you have the website address, the one I’ve found isn’t secure.

I’m in Liverpool

Sorry @tomcctv the replies are delayed. If we choose dynamic code we get a new window with a device model number, then the MAC address, then the current time. Then an empty field saying dynamic password.

@tomcctv any other suggestions? It’s a TB1 we’ve had it over a year and it made in 2019 ?

Waste of money, cameras are just redundant now. might see if we can get an expert out to the house.
-
Yes it does but then asks for an answer to a security question, but there’s no question in the drop down pick list ? It gives the option for a dynamic password??

No QR code, asks for security question but we never set one ?

Still getting the wizard setup option as well ??

We thought we might of changed the password it we’ve tried all of the 3 possibilities we would have used, and we never changed the under name as it o my gives us admin as an option. it’s a home security system, not commercial.

It was a new replacement from the wholesaler. We plugged it in but never configured it. Had new fitted wardrobes put in and just never bothered connecting the cameras back up..... until now!
