The reason your most likely getting this error is because there is another driver corrupting our driver when you install it. To fix this, Uninstall your ezwatch software and capture card drivers out of your Device Manager. Once that is done, Start your computer in "Safe Mode" Then reinstall your drivers and software in safe mode. That should fix your issue. Let me know if you have any other problems.
