Hi everybody, i have a little trouble my customer changed his password and forgot the new one, so like you know if you uninstall and reinstall the software Geovision ask for the last password, in addition i must say that i don't want to reinstall operative system. what can i do to solve this trouble. Hi guys, I'm little confuse cause several times I've got this same error and difrent ways to solve it, but now I need you tell me why? wich could be the reasons to get this error. the message error says: "No se detecto mochila de proteccion"; in english should be "no backpack protection detected" sorry but i haven't see this message in english only in spanish cause my customers only use software in spanish. Well, recently I got this message error installing GV-1480, in windows XP pro. I installed GV drivers and softwware, then OS askme to reboot Pc, when I reboot PC and Multicam is trying to open by the firs time this message apear " no se detecto mochila de proteccion", I'm a little confused cause This DVR card has been working for a long time in the same computer, but I formated the hard drive cause PC was infected with a lot of virus. I remember I got this message error a couple of times, onece when the PCI dvr card is loose on PCI socket. other time I can remember a GV-1120 I tryed to install on windows xp and didn't works, I solve the problem installing GV-1120 on Windows Vista and it's still working, it has been working for more than 1 1/2 years. ok gays I hope somebody of you can help me, i'll really apreatiate it.
