Dear Team Members, Hikvsion HD DVR Connected to Router with Lan And Ip Showing in default ports is there in DVR. I need forward port 8000.80.554 it's not happening in the router.the router is Huawei HG630 V2. I contact the internet server Team they told me they won't support this what should I do please guide me it will be helpful.

camera not showing in live when access from a different spot. all ports are on but its showing live in the same network if I open with the camera IP address it means DVR connect to the internet and ports are on but it's not open in software live kindly suggest whats will the reason I am facing this issue
