Please can someone help I cant get into my parents cctv system. I need a password but there is no password. Cant use email or questions because none were set up. These are the details. Device model 3798M Item code 21-HDMIBNCP Many Thanks Luella

We had a storm and my dad switched off his Onx-y cctv system and now it says admin and password I have tried the words admin and 666666 and 888888 but no joy. It doesnt even come up with a question mark for me to say forgotten password. Can anyone help?

He did them exactly as you wrote them and it says wrong password

Hi, he just got back to me and none of them worked

I am still waiting for him to get back me to see if the code worked. . The user name comes up admin automatically you cannot change it to anything else. I'm sure I pressed login and it told me I couldnt leave password blank

It's only 2yrs old. I am going there this morning to try again I turned off recorder for 20mins this morning and put in admin as none of the numbers have worked and it still says fail Device model for the oyn-x is 3798M if that helps? If you have new codes for today do we have to turn off recorder for 20mins again?
