I have 3 cameras hooked to a Danale DVR. Everything is working well and I can access it on a computer hooked to my network. However, when I try to find it with the Danale app on my Samsung Android phone, I get the message "The device id does not exist". I have tried to manual install it and also have tried scanning the code from my DVR monitor screen. Help please! I should also mention that I do not have the Cloud2 option, only the Could1

I inherited a AHD6704t-LM from my brother. He had a break in at his house and they somehow reset everything on the recorder. The HD is formatted with Fat32 and has nothing on it, so obviously the password is not stored on the HD. Even the security questions he had are not the right answer any more. How would I go about resetting the admin password? I've tried all the obvious passwords, blank, admin, 12345 etc. I've tried looking everywhere for answers, including many suggestions including the superpassword, excel file, time pwd etc. Motherboard has the number 0287195670 on it. Please help!
