I'm not sure if you've considered this or what distance you must cover between your camera and dvr, but a wireless rf transmitter/receiver might solve your problem. You could purchase any "compatible", solar powered cctv type camera with a RCA video jack present on the camera. Hook the wireless transmitter up to your camera and the wireless receiver to your dvr. The transmitter/receiver arrive pre-linked in most cases so they are plug and play with no programming required. Here in the states they're $10 and up depending on video quality, distance, audio, etc. Here's an example pic of one to give you a general idea. It's sells online for around $15. Hope this helped
