Hi guys. Now days almost all dorm surveillance camera requires user to download some mobile app and sign up to some cloud account to access the camera or even to setup! And the camera itself needs to be connected to some router/network/internet.
Does anybody know any indoor WiFi camera that does not require that? As far as wifi goes, I want the security camera to function like an action camera. it should be stand alone, aside the power cord. Where the camera itself can act as a WiFi hotspot, a mobile phone can connect to it as client then access live view and/or access recorded video from camera's memory card. Either via local web interface or app that doesn't require internet connection.
