I have a Hikvision camera and NVR installed at my house recording 24/7. Recently I have needed to download some footage but ran into a problem. I use the playback function to find the correct times I need, then using those times I download the required footage. The problem is that the footage that is downloaded does not match the times entered - it ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes earlier. I am using a local NTP server for the timestamps and also using DST. The time and date on the NVR are correct. Any ideas?
