Hi I'm new to this forum. I don't know if this question has been asked before.
I have a 4 camera HIK Connect security system. It works perfectly on my TV and my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. But and here is the problem.
On my wife's iPad the camera views have suddenly stopped being full screen, picture attached of 4 camera screen. On 1 camera it is still not full screen.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app but there is no difference. Can anyone help me to resolve the problem. If any more Info is required let me know.
I will need to reduce the resolution of the picture before posting, I'll come back on this.
