    It has been almost a month requesting help from AverMeda & still no update. one of our 73 units of AverMedia was tampered by one of our Techs & now that we want to use other channels of our DVR unit and set other needed settings, we discovered that the password was changed by the tech, but he has been long gone & can't be contact anymore. Could anyone know or help us remove/reset the password for the unit: AverDiGi EB1304MD SATA sn#5300397900254
