Hi, I'm a newby here. I've read this thread. If your handyman is proficient at soldering he can do what I did when changing plugs. He can reconnect plugs to existing cables. My reconnected plugs work just fine.

Hi, from a 77 year old dinosaur, so be gentle with me --- I'm fragile I have a Floureon H-264 DVR driving me nuts (although many would say I'm already there) I can't get rid of a HDD Info window that continually pops up on screen.
