Have a few issues on my IVMS which I need help.
First live play. I did update my IVMS 4200 last week on my laptop everything is running slow. Real time very slow and the view freezes up and stops. I been looking at a guy riding a stationary bike now for ten minutes and he hasn't moved. How do I get real time moving faster.
Remote play again the picture freezes up
Lastly if I want to look at a camera and speed it up. There is a fast forward I can only get it to move at 1X. The fast forward buttons are darken at the bottom of the screen. How can I get them to work?
