    Recently I discovered that my outdoor security cameras from Vivint smart home do not have the same colors as when initially installed. I thought it might be a bug, or it's just the lighting. Later I understood that it's because of the sun. Your problem, related to detecting motion, is much more dangerous. I would recommend checking them up so that, if needed, you can follow everything on it and have all the necessary proof. If you are using one company's services, ask them to do the check-up.
