Got a client with the following problem: He has a laundromat, and since about a month ago, he lost the person who would open and close the place, so he want's to put a automatic lock in the front door, so that at, let's say 10pm at night, the door locks itself. And at 6am, the door lock opens. Nothing fancy like a card reader or anything, just that he can open it with a regular key. What is there that I can do for him? he has a 16 Channel I-VIEW system installed, and I might want to put the door on one of the relay output so that I can open it remotely just in case we need to do that. Thanks

I got some "day laborers" who do that.

Which is why your car probably last only 5 years before a major repair has to be done. I have a 86 accord, never changed the motor, or tranny, and it's got 413,000!!!!! altho the new accords, 98 and up, has had their share of transmision problems.

Installation along city streets and highways

Ha, finally someone from my neck of the woods!!!!!! Is this for the state, or a local gov? I just did a bid to upgrade city hall here in Waterbury and let me tell you, PAIN PAIN PAIN PAIN. Just be ready to wait a year after job's complete to be paid in full. The only good side is that it's a great marketing technique. Welcome. -
Bill,I sent you a PM regarding this.
-
And guess who's the high bidder?

Well, I love their DM series Stand Alones, don't like the new intellix series PC based. Too bad they got discontinued.

I tend to disagree with you Levon. I have tried Computar, Fujinion, OEM'S, even Pano lenses, and I have had very good luck with them, even using a low end toshiba 6200n, it makes the camera look like a million bucks at night.

I'm with LEV on this one. Somewhere along the way, the wire has to be too close to an electrical line. Flourecent lights are horrible for cameras, and I've also seen that installing the Power Box (altronix in your case) too close to the main power in for the building will also cause interferience.

Hey Bill. The FPS was for the Ipaq. I Would recommend a Linksys Wireless router

Wireless Live video on PDA on local premesis only??
qman replied to ziggy221's topic in Digital Video Recorders
Well, I was happy with my I-VIEW, I am still happy with them, but I just don't sell them anymore. The are not listening anymore, we always try to give them ideas on what features customer's want, and at one point, they where listening. But now, all they say is "next version, next version". The search function is not on par with everyone else, plus other things. -
