Well, for one, tell us which cameras was it that you bought. When I first started, they where my supplier, but the DVR cards where Geovision re-branded. Avermedia 4 eyes pro is garbage, if your budget allows it, then get a high-quality DVR card, I sell the I-view, very, very good image quality, and stable DVR card. There is also Geovision, So far the best there is, but way overpriced, and good luck with support. Other's recomend the I-chance cards, I personally never tested them, so I cannot tell you of their quality. Give us the models that you bought at least on the camera side.

Don't know much about wavereader, but it sounds like both the VPN client and Wavereader are using the same TCP port to communicate, see if you can check that out and just change the port on the VPN client.

Well, there is a camerathat I got my hands on that has absolutetly no issues when it comes to IR Glare, they fixed-it by putting a purpulish layer on the glass cover.

The geo box is the biggest pain the ass piecof SH*t that they have made. I only got it to work on Dedicated Micros newer line, but none of my customer want anything to do with GEO anymore, so I'm moving them all to the witness series, all it takes with them is a .DLL file in the server running the software, and a NIC card that's hooked up to the same network as the DVR. More to come on this subject.

Bull****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The IBM facility in White Plains is no more than a Accounting office for their worldwide operations, BELIEVE ME, I know, I worked for them for 2 years. Their Manufacturing Facilities are in Malasia, the only thing that they "used" to build in NY was the Thinkpad and the Netvista PC'S, which where located in Fiskill, NY, about an hour north. The only thing that they build in NY now is high end mainframes and servers!
