I have a client who has purchased a SmartIP-16SDX. S47976 going back a few years now. Unfortunately she has split with her partner, who had the passwords and can no longer remember what it was to access the unit. She has normal fixed cameras and a Hills PTZ dome attached to the system. We don't really want to change the whole system over, however we cant access the NVR due to the forgotten passwords. If we can't reset the NVR, can we replace and use the original cameras? Is so what NVR would you recommend?
The old system has two, 3 terra-byte hard drives, could we transfer over as well?
