I'm not sure if I'm at the right place but My father has a floureon cctv box with 4,720 cameras. On Saturday the picture went on the screen but it still shows the 4 boxes with the time and date and in the middle of each box it says ( AHD- MR (720) but has no picture. I have surfed the internet but can't find my dads box to watch a video. There's no serial number on the box so not sure what type of box it is. We were advised to replace the power which we did and we changed the hdmi but still the same. Could someone please help me or point me in the right direction as to the problem

Hi Tom everything is now up and running however we can't get the screen to show 4 picture. It shows one picture and then it's like a slide show running through all 4 cameras. Is there a video you could send me please?

So the yellow plugs go into the dvr. Then where do it go? How do we get a picture on the monitor if the cameras only got to the dvr

Sorry Tom me again.. my dad asked, with this new power box he just ordered... so if the 4 camera leads goes straight into the new power box, how do we connect the new power box to the floureon box? He has unplugged the remote viewing cause he's not worried about seeing the cameras on his phone he just wants it to record at home 🙏

This is box for the new adaptor dad got cause I couldn't send you the actual adaptor cause it said the file was to big and as you can see I'm thick as **** 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤣

That's the same one that my dad got already? So he needs 2 of these? Or are they slightly different.. if possible could you find that one of ebay as my dad don't have Amazon 🙏 Tom you are the best 🙏 thanks so much for taking the time out of you days to help us 🙏

Dad just checked the cameras and you are correct there not red🤣🤦🏻‍♀️. Dad have had it set up like that for 2 years now with no problem. So is this setup dangerous 😳? . Right what do we need to do next please Tom, as in what do I need to purchase to get it working again

Hi Tom when we do this.. it flickers from cam1 cam2 cam3 and cam4 and just keeps doing that over and over again

There isn't one, we got the cameras that shows in the latest picture that goes into the jack leads then 4 leads that go into the back of the floureon box (yellow leads shown in the picture) x

The 4 cameras outside connect to a jack plug then then the 4 yellow plugs on the picture connects to the jack plug

Also he said the 4 yellow camera leads go straight to the cameras outside. There's not another box or power supply

Unfortunately I'm not at my parents house at the moment to be able to follow the cable but I asked my dad for a better picture of the back of the box to see if that helps you to let me know what cable it is 🙏 Thanks for you patients Tom 🙏 my parents are going to there caravan on Friday and so I'm trying to sort it for them before they leave so they don't worry while there away. My dads nearly 80 so asking him to get up a ladder to look for the plug scare me 🤣🤣

Hi Tom, no this is my dads home, he has a suspended ceiling and keeps the box on top of the ceiling tiles. We are located in Bristol. I'll call my dad now and get him to take a look and I'll get back to you.
