I’m running or trying to run two cameras on a Yale sv-4c system. But my monitor keeps throwing up a message stating “Encode resolution has changed!” I would say the cameras aren’t Yale but two odd cameras, both are working.
yale don’t seem able to diagnose what’s causing the issue. They’ve suggested I try a reinitialise of the system but it only comes up with a login with my user name, which suggests to me that it’s not re initialised properly.
any suggestions would be greatfully received thanks.
