    Wrong cameras

    Hi guys , I have a hickvision box and was looking to add some cameras . I believe I have bought the wrong type of cameras ☹️Box is DS7600 nvrCameras are DS-2CE72HFT-F28I can’t return the cameras as bought privately . They do not have a cat 5 connector. Will I have to sell them and buy new cameras or could these work ? Thanks in advance.
