Does maximum visualization speed of AVI movie file depend on the file specs itself or on the player capability only?
I am starting working with MDVRs for urban buses. Companies use to review a full itinerary in order to check if income is OK or missing, by counting people getting on and off the car.
They do so by speeding up the movie replay.
A previous installed system, from ICARVISIONS, allowed to speed up to 32x, but a recent bought system from GISION goes up only to 16x, which they feel "too slow" to review hours and hours of footage.
Hence, I am concerned about what can be done in order to achieve such speed, while using the latter.
Would some tweak in the RECORD and/or ENCODE settings do the change?
